Registration Process

STEP 1: Tour our School

We understand that choosing a preschool for your child is a big decision.  We encourage you to get to know us.  Schedule a tour to come and spend a little time in the classroom!  Email our office at bethanybearspreschool@gmail.com to set up a time to visit.  AND... check us out on Instagram!!

STEP 2: Apply

Sometimes during the academic year we have space open up for incoming students. Feel free to get in touch with us to see if we have any current openings.

Registration for the 2025-2026 school year begins January 16, 2025 at 9am. All families (current, returning and new) may turn in their forms via email or in person at this time.  Current families have until late January to submit their registration applications to receive priority placement. Beginning February 1, 2025, returning and new families will be placed in classes. More information about the registration process is on the registration form.

If you are interested in applying, please download the registration form and registration questionnaire for each child you are enrolling.  The forms can be filled out online and emailed to bethanybearspreschool@gmail.com.  They can also be downloaded, printed, filled out, and returned in person.

Step 3: Placement and Enrollment

Beginning February 1st, returning students, former BB families and new families will be placed in classes.  Families will be notified about class placement via email and receive an acceptance letter via USPS mid-February.

CLASS ASSIGNMENT PROCESS

Children must meet the Age Guidelines for the selected classroom.  Assignments to classrooms happen in the following order:

1. Re-Enrollment Registration for currently enrolled students
2. Priority Registration for:
   1. Siblings of re-enrolled students
   2. Siblings of alumni
3. Open Registration for new families/students

We do our best to accommodate your first classroom choice, but based on class size and demand, we may offer you an alternate classroom.

WAITLISTS

As classes fill, a wait list for each class is generated for pending applications. Please keep in mind that class lists can change between now and the start of school in September.  Please do not be discouraged if you are placed on a waitlist.  You will be notified if and when a slot opens.

Yearly Calendar

School will begin on Sept. 8, 2025 and will end mid-June, 2026.  You will be making 10 equal payments August thru May.

• January 16th: We start accepting applications for the 2025-26 School Year
• February 1st: We start placement for returning and new families.
• Mid-February: Families are notified of placement.
• We continue registration until all the classes are full. 

Registration Fees

There is a $250.00 non-refundable deposit due after you receive a letter of acceptance from the Preschool Director.  This deposit represents a $150.00 registration fee, and $100.00 towards your first month’s payment.

Once again this deposit is non-refundable.

Class Options and Tuition for 2025-26

All classes are 4 hours: 9:30am to 1:30pm.  Children must be potty trained before the start of the school year.

3  Year Olds - 2 Days a Week (must be 3 by Dec 1, 2025)
Tuesday & Thursday - $3900 a year or $390/month for 10 months

3 & 4 Year Olds - 3 Days a Week 
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday - $5000 a year, or $500/month for 10 months

4 & 5 Year Olds - 3 Days a Week- older 4 yr olds and Pre-K 
Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday -  $5000 a year, or $500/month for 10 months

4 & 5 Year Olds - 4 Days a Week  Pre-K (must be 4 by August 31, 2025)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday -  $6200 a year, or $620/month for 10 months
